Ferd CRM is built by Wirelabs, a Norwegian software studio. We've spent years building business systems — CRM, invoicing, project management — and we've used every CRM on the market along the way.
The experience was always the same: systems that promised simplicity but delivered complexity. Enterprise tools that required weeks of configuration and expensive consultants before you could even add a contact. Pricing models designed to nickel-and-dime you for every feature. Interfaces that felt like they were built by people who never had to use them.
After years of frustration — configuring Salesforce, fighting with HubSpot's pricing tiers, missing the simplicity of Highrise after it stopped evolving — we decided to build the CRM we always wanted.
